For many years, the Upfront Theatre has been a bustling hub of comedy in Bellingham, hosting multiple shows and classes each week, and providing a much needed space for exploration, expression, and creativity in our growing coastal town. The COVID-19 Pandemic forced the original Upfront Theatre to close and threatened to shut us down permanently, but you can’t shut down laughter! Fueled by our passion for bringing joy and spontaneity to you, we re-formed as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, and began to rebuild our comedy community from the ground up.
Donations to the Upfront Theatre provide us with essential resources to continue rebuilding back to an even better version of our beloved theater and improv community. Your support helps us to keep class and show prices accessible, create programs that reach wider audiences, and cover the costs of our day to day operations.
