Spontaneity- An intro to Improv

Saturdays, 4:30-6pm, Jan 8-Feb 26

This class is great for beginners and those looking to get out of their heads. The class will help you to pull new ideas from thin air and teach you the power of being in the moment and listening. A strong focus on accepting ideas and adding on to them will provide you with the tools to be a great improviser and an awesome human being. This class is guaranteed to help you get those creative juices flowing and lead you down the path of spontaneous creation. This class will cover concepts like:

  • Yes And…
  • Storytelling
  • C.R.O.W. – the baselines of a scene
  • Thinking quickly
  • Accepting failure
  • Strong Listening
  • Being in the Moment
